How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days, Once dispatched orders will arrive in the following time frames:
UK:
Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked - 1-2 days approx.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked - 3-5 days approx.
Europe and the EU:
Royal Mail International Tracked - 3-4 days approx.
Rest of the World:
Royal Mail International Tracked - 5-7 days approx.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes, all orders are sent via Royal Mail, tracked to ensure the best delivery experience.
Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?
Orders in the UK will not be subject to any additional charges.
Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country.
We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders.
What shall I do if my order is missing?
We send all our parcels Royal Mail tracked to decrease the of chance of this happening, however if for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive please contact us within 21 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, we reserves the right to decide how we will fix the problem for you.
For international customers, please allow up to 20 working days before contacting us regarding a missing order.

Here are a few tips to help you take special care when wearing Jewellery:- Remove your rings when you wash your hands, do the washing up and before showering, bathing or sleeping.
- Avoid wearing in situations where it may get damaged easily.
- When you’re not wearing your jewellery keep it in a safe place such as the bag that it came in.
- Avoid any kind of contact with bleach or cleaning products and never wear when swimming.
- Prevent your jewellery from coming into contact with hair spray, deodorants, perfumes and make up.
- Also using a silver cloth will help to keep your new ring clean and shiny!
